You’ll coordinate daily workflows, keep information organized, and help the team deliver a consistently clean, welcoming resort.Required skills/qualificationsMust be 18 years of ageHousekeeping, hotel operations, or related admin experience preferredStrong organization, multitasking, and attention to detailClear verbal/written communicationFluent in SpanishComfortable with Microsoft Office; PMS familiarity a plusFlexible to work weekends/holidaysKey responsibilities Coordinate room assignments and special requestsServing as the go-to contact for housekeeping questionsUpdate logs, schedules, inventory lists, and work ordersPartner with the front desk, maintenance, and leaders to keep communication crispTrack linens and supply levels and placing orders as neededComplete room/area inspections for qualityPrepare reports, updating databases, and processing invoices Support health and safety complianceAssist the housekeeping team in hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary to meet operational needs.
