Role Description

\n

Work directly with our network of investors that have paid our team $35K to start, $50K to close, and 20% equity to manage the asset. We'll show you how to start off by bringing deals to these investors and earning $12K in closing fees and up to 5% equity and rev share in the deal without putting up credit and capital. Learn how to use our proprietary deal due diligence software to streamline the acquisition process, to underwrite companies, and to get approved for financing and asset management.

As you continue to work with the business, we will show you how you can replicate our proven recruiting and client acquisition system so that you can get your own clients. Benefit from the growth of the platform and the creation of the PE syndication fund to leverage additional equity sources to help you to do deals faster and more efficiently without drawing on your own assets.

The Operating Partner is a remote, contract role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of portfolio companies within the Acquisition Network ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating business operations, identifying growth opportunities, and working with founders and management teams to implement strategic and operational improvements. The Operating Partner will collaborate with acquisition consultants, guide due diligence efforts, and support integration plans for newly acquired businesses. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, providing ongoing advisory support, and sharing best practices across companies to enhance profitability and long-term value. The Operating Partner will maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to developing scalable frameworks for successful acquisitions and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business operations, process improvement, and performance management.

• Experience in strategic planning, growth strategy, and value creation for small and mid-sized businesses.
\n
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and interpreting key metrics and reports.
\n
• Background in M&A, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration is highly beneficial.
\n
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Prior experience as an operating executive, consultant, or advisor to business owners.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
