Registered Nurse - Nights

This position requires a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The Registered Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting and demonstrates the ability to manage complex patient situations. This role provides both routine and advanced nursing care, aimed at meeting the long-term goals of patient care. The RN will also work collaboratively, delegating responsibilities to other healthcare providers when necessary.

Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.

Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.

Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care given.

Identify learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

RN License in the state of Texas or a compact license.
