• Licenses/Certifications: RN License in TX or compact, BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar setting; EPIC experience highly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide independent nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for IMC/MedSurg patients
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of diverse patient populations
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication administration, and care activities accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient care needs
• Manage multiple patient cases, triaging and prioritizing interventions effectively

What You Need:

• RN Licensure in Texas or a compact state
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IMC/Telemetry/MedSurg setting

• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
