Organizational Change Manager

Leading change management and transformation initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Manager will work remotely to assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and ensure successful adoption of changes involving people, processes, and technology. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end organizational change management activities for complex transformation initiatives Develop comprehensive change management strategies and conduct stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments Identify and manage stakeholder resistance while building advocacy for transformation initiatives Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or business transformation Proven experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformation programs Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter Demonstrated ability to manage and overcome stakeholder resistance and build trust with diverse stakeholders High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
