Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma histories, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Document all client interactions and treatment interventions accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards, actively using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in outreach initiatives and community education to promote mental health awareness, enhancing access to services for diverse populations.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities, enabling continuous learning and refinement of therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n
