Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations, encompassing a detailed medical history review, physical examination, and diagnosis of orthopedic conditions to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans focusing on individual patient goals and needs, ensuring a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, joint mobilization, and tailored exercise regimens to facilitate recovery and improve physical function.
• Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention strategies, the importance of postural alignment, ergonomic practices, and the execution of home exercise programs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through objective assessments, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and surgeons, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's recovery.
• Employ state-of-the-art modalities and rehabilitation equipment to enhance treatment efficacy and patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical cases.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or sports rehabilitation.
• Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing and rehabilitating patients with diverse orthopedic needs.
