Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients, assessing their physical condition and mobility limitations to formulate personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to treat specific orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain symptoms.
• Track patient progress meticulously, logging outcomes and adjusting treatment protocols as needed to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
• Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, including guidance on home exercise programs, rehabilitation techniques, and lifestyle modifications that promote optimal recovery.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations by ensuring a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals dealing with various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to sports-related injuries, arthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. As a Physical Therapist, your empathetic approach and technical skills will be critical in helping patients regain function and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
