Work Environment

Our onsite rehabilitation center provides a welcoming and dynamic work environment. This full-time position involves a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing our therapists to consistently interact with patients and tailor their treatment plans effectively. You will work alongside a skilled and passionate team of healthcare providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to restore movement and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on their conditions, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic conditions, and athletes seeking to improve performance. Your role is pivotal in helping these patients regain their mobility, strength, and confidence.

Qualifications

• A current and valid California Physical Therapist license (DPT or MPT).
• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with specialized rehabilitation protocols, particularly for orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

Compensation and Benefits
