Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite from Monday to Friday, with standard hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's physical condition and functional abilities to establish appropriate treatment goals and plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and innovative modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families about treatment processes, progression, and home exercise regimens to promote self-management and encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements while keeping patient confidentiality at the forefront.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our facility to create an integrated care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of each patient.
• Provide support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship that encourages adherence to treatment regimens.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A strong foundation in human anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A proactive and independent work ethic, balanced with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, preferably within a rehabilitation facility.
• Experience working with pediatric populations or in acute care settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
