Work Environment

This onsite position is set in a modern rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies that enhance patient recovery. Our team consists of skilled professionals, including physical therapists, exercise physiologists, and assistant staff, all dedicated to providing integrated treatment plans. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a structured yet collaborative atmosphere that encourages both professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to address specific patient concerns.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout their treatment journey and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient.
• Lead educational workshops and in-services for staff and students, enhancing the collective knowledge base of the clinic.
• Engage in departmental improvement initiatives, contributing to quality assurance projects and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with practice standards and billing regulations, ensuring a seamless revenue cycle process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of California.

• Strong manual therapy skills and a deep understanding of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package including:
