Human Resources Manager

Role Summary An experienced Human Resources Manager is required to join a growing aviation organisation in Las Vegas. This role combines strategic partnership with senior leaders and hands‑on HR delivery, supporting a highly regulated, operational environment. You will play a key role in shaping HR practices, ensuring compliance, and driving organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Partnerwith senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance, and off‑boarding Lead HR initiatives to support growth and organisational development Oversee employee relations cases, including investigations and performance management Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks Manage employee benefits, including vendor relationships and renewals Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. aviation or similar sectors) Lead, mentor, and develop a small HR team Required Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist Strong end‑to‑end HR lifecycle experience Solid background in employee relations and HR compliance Experience managing employee benefits and external vendors Experience in a regulated or compliance‑heavy environment Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience in aviation, aerospace, transportation, logistics, or manufacturing Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FAA, DOT, or OSHA Experience supporting organisational change or HR transformation Previous team leadership or mentoring experience This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape HR strategy within a growing, regulated organisation while working closely with executive leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
