You will create personnel data reports to support office administration.
You will research human resources websites (e.g., Office of Personnel Management, organization or agency portals, or similar website) to obtain information for employees and managers.
You will maintain data from personnel records for use in answering inquiries.
You will maintain documents (e.g., publications, directives, recurring reports, tickler files, and correspondence, filing systems) related to human resources functions.
You will update customers on the status of requested information.
