Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing genuine rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously through progress notes and maintain up-to-date records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ensure appropriate treatment interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in regular clinical meetings to enhance professional practice.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to provide holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports youth and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our clinicians are expected to utilize evidence-based practices to empower young clients in their healing journeys, focusing on building resilience and coping skills. The counselor will also work with families to create a supportive environment conducive to the client's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or those struggling with substance abuse.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
