Operations Manager

Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, and development Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention Monitor branch scheduling and ensure customer appointments are completed efficiently Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products Requirements High school diploma (or GED) Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations Maintain valid driver’s license Ability to effectively lead and motivate others Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math, for calculations related to sales/service Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in technician training and development while ensuring compliance with safety standards and service quality.
