Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing estimating inbox
• Reviewing and routing invitations to bid for applicable scopes of work
• Set up projects and opportunities within company systems
• Download, organize, and maintain plans, specifications, and related project documents
• Create and maintain job folders to ensure centralized and accurate documentation
• Assist estimators and project managers with data entry, including:
  • Field takeoff entry
  • Estimator takeoff entry
• Support estimating team with preparation of project-related materials and documentation
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all assigned tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Construction industry exposure or administrative experience preferred
• Basic understanding of construction processes preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Ability to learn estimating software and internal systems
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
