- Managing estimating inbox
- Reviewing and routing invitations to bid for applicable scopes of work
- Set up projects and opportunities within company systems
- Download, organize, and maintain plans, specifications, and related project documents
- Create and maintain job folders to ensure centralized and accurate documentation
- Assist estimators and project managers with data entry, including:
- Field takeoff entry
- Estimator takeoff entry
- Support estimating team with preparation of project-related materials and documentation
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all assigned tasks

- Construction industry exposure or administrative experience preferred
- Basic understanding of construction processes preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Basic math and analytical skills
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Ability to learn estimating software and internal systems
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
