Position Overview: This position goes beyond standard form-filling. As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support on complex commercial and business disputes. Rather than being siloed into a single niche, you will remain adaptable, assisting with sophisticated cases from inception through trial preparation. The ideal candidate has a natural curiosity to learn and the analytical mindset required for intricate document management and case strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages case workflows for highly complex commercial, business, and corporate litigation matters. Assists with extensive e-discovery, document reviews, and the organization of voluminous case files. Drafts, proofs, and finalizes sophisticated legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and detailed correspondence. Conducts in-depth factual and legal research, synthesizing findings clearly for attorney review. Coordinates trial, hearing, and deposition preparation, including compiling master notebooks, managing exhibits, and coordinating schedules. Maintains meticulous track of court deadlines, filings, and statutory requirements across various jurisdictions. Serves as a reliable point of contact for corporate clients, experts, and court staff, maintaining the highest level of professional discretion. Required Education & Experience: 4 to 7 years of litigation paralegal experience , with a strong preference for exposure to commercial litigation or complex business disputes. Demonstrated experience handling complex, multi-document cases. Bachelor’s degree and/or a Paralegal Certification is highly preferred. High proficiency in litigation technology, e-discovery platforms, and case management systems.
