Job Description Miami’s leading residential water treatment company has been improving the quality of water for homeowners for over 60 years. Position: Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative. We’re looking for Hungry Money Motivated Bilingual Sales Reps who have experience selling and closing home improvement-type sales including Windows, Roofing, Kitchen/Bath Remodels, HVAC, and Solar. You will be conducting water tests with qualified, scheduled and confirmed appointments on a daily basis. Responsibilities Meet with customers at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County Conduct water evaluation tests and explain results Educate homeowners about available solutions and systems Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options Build trust and provide a positive customer experience Sell water treatment systems according to needs and budget of homeowner Complete necessary paperwork Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Experience in home improvement sales (solar, windows, roofing, kitchen & bath, HVAC) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable meeting homeowners in person Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Reliable transportation required Must be current resident of Miami Dade and able to go to appointments within Miami-Dade Compensation Earn $125,000–$250,000+ Growth opportunities for strong performers Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Miami's Best Water Treatment Company
