Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Improvement Sales Representative based in West Babylon, NY. The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, evaluating their needs, providing customized solutions, and closing sales. You will manage client relationships, maintaining an exceptional client experience from initial contact through project completion. The role also involves conducting market research, guiding clients through the estimating and design process, and achieving sales goals while staying informed about the latest home improvement trends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of home improvement or construction industry standards and best practices
• Proficient communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site client consultations
• Experience in sales or a background in home improvement is a strong advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus
