Our Step-Up Success Path

We understand that joining a new business is a big decision, so weve built a staged approach to help you get comfortable and confident before going full-time.

Stage 1 Learn the System (No Commitment)

Complete our online training modules to understand our process.

Get exposure to our sales tools, pricing model, and customer flow.

Stage 2 Corporate Virtual Sales Training ($500 Stipend)

Attend a certified Four-Day Virtual Corporate Sales Training (MonThu, 9 AM3:30 PM EST).

Receive a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the training.

Training is led directly by Five Star Bath Solutions corporate sales trainers and includes certification in our national process.

Master software tools like One Click Contractor and our design workflow.

Stage 3 Launch

Start running real homeowner appointments based on your schedule.

Youll begin part-time so you can build confidence and income before going full-time most of our top salespeople started the same way.

Compensation

Min Weekly Draw of $500 Per week. Commission range from 6 to 10% per sale.

Top junior reps in similar markets earn $4000$6,500/month once established.
