A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership across a key manufacturing operation and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline Manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for production teams Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees Experience improving productivity, quality, capacity, and operating costs Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Experience partnering with cross-functional teams ERP experience; SAP is a plus Why Consider It?
