Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal team members to help address client needs. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and communicates effectively in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
• Follow up on inquiries and help resolve routine customer concerns.
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and customer information updates.
• Help identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the appropriate team.

Qualifications
