Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of supporting energy, manufacturing, industrial, engineering projects through full-cycle recruiting and workforce management. Demonstrated success in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a wide range of positions, including skilled trades, engineers, project managers, operations professionals, and executive leadership roles. Partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project requirements, forecast workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and prioritize critical hiring initiatives. Adept at managing high-volume recruitment efforts in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Expertise includes sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies. Skilled in conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition from hire to productive employee.
