APEX is seeking a talented Project Manager & Estimator – Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood, CA .

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, developing client relationships, and producing accurate estimates while managing projects from initial client engagement through a seamless handoff to operations. This position blends sales, estimating, and project coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and grow existing client relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs and conditions.
• Develop detailed scopes of work, site maps, and accurate cost estimates.
• Manage projects from initial client engagement through execution and handoff to operations.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and pre-construction planning efforts.
• Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and accounting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support estimating, scheduling, and project execution efforts as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Work in both office and field environments, including active construction job sites.

What We're Looking For

• AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management.
• Previous construction-related experience is preferred.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to clients and groups.

Annual Expected Pay Range

$70,000—$90,000 USD
