Anticipate a varied schedule that could provide four-day workweeks, offering both flexibility and a rewarding workload.

Two positions are available across two engaging campuses:

• One site serves around 60 students (50 receiving direct therapy, 10 on consult), including low cognitive and behavior units.
• The second site, in West Bradenton, is known for its excellent SLP team and supportive SLPA, with about 95 students spanning intensive pre-K, ASD, integrated PK, ESE PK, and low cognitive classrooms.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Experience with diverse caseloads and comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion and adaptability to individual student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document student goals, performance, and progress for IEPs and school records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, nurturing school climate
