Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ growth and communication as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. You’ll be working full-time (35 hours/week), serving campuses in the Parrish and West Bradenton area, with assignments split between Buffalo Creek Middle School and Prine Elementary.

At Buffalo Creek Middle School, you’ll join a passionate team guided by an inspiring new principal, supporting students across two low cognitive units and one behavior unit. Your caseload will involve delivering direct therapy to approximately 50 students, as well as providing consultative services for around 10 more. At Prine Elementary, you’ll collaborate closely with an experienced SLP and an exceptional SLPA, addressing the needs of a varied group—including intensive PK, ASD, and integrated PK classes, as well as low cognitive and ESE PK students—serving a broad and engaging caseload.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida SLP License (CFYs and SLPAs considered)
• ASHA CCCs preferred for SLPs, though CFYs are welcome
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Solid teamwork, communication, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in relevant meetings
