Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities Direct all purchasing activities for workplace products. Monitor inventory levels to maximize product availability. Analyze purchasing trends, costs, and vendor performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Work closely with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. Manage purchasing and establish best practices for procurement operations. Analyze pricing, terms, rebate programs, and vendor agreements. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in a distribution industry. Experience with inventory control, forecasting, and purchasing systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
