Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a HR Assistant - Mandarin Speaking for an international technology company opening a brand-new facility in Irving, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Human Resources and Office Administration while helping launch a new operation from the ground up.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Semi-Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
Previous office administration and/or HR experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, applicants, and vendors
Answer phones and respond to emails
Schedule interviews and conference rooms
Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
Maintain employee records and HR files
Review employee timecards
Coordinate office supplies and equipment
Communicate with vendors and service providers
Assist with employee events and company activities
Coordinate business travel arrangements
Support workplace safety documentation and administrative projects

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous HR or Administrative experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
