Order Processor
Proman Staffing is looking for an Order Processor for a well known company located in Vernon Hills, IL.
Monday - Friday (some Saturdays based on work volume)
7:00 am to 3:30 pm
There is no experience required as we provide on-the-job training.
The work environment is climate controlled and the majority of the job is completed while seated. This is a first shift position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Review orders to verify the information entered into the Illini system matches the customer's purchase order and instructions are easily understood.
- Communicate special instructions to department supervisors.
- Assign work to the various work centers based on order requirements.
- Prepare job packets by pulling print plates, review plates for damage, check that the plate number matches the art proof and put together with the work order.
- Facilitate communication between production and customer service to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist managers and supervisors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
