We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Head Chef who is responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. We are fast packed and experience high traffic on a daily basis.

We are committed to providing a socially based and community driven restaurant that is inspired by the Salt Life culture. Our goal is to apply a high standard of excellence in all that we do, from the ingredients in our dishes to those we employ and the genuine hospitable service we provide.

Additional Head Chef Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years Full Service casual dining Head Chef experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service environment is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
Ability to train, mentor and develop team members so that they can be set up for complete success.
Solid track record and stable work history in previous positions with upward progression.
Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).
