What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales Representative , you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in insurance sales. Work agency-provided leads to help clients find the right insurance solutions. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship building. Educate clients on their coverage options and recommend personalized insurance plans. Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service before and after the sale. Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills. What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, retail, automotive, or another customer-focused industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty License and Michigan Life & Health License. What You’ll Receive Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
