Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Compensation

• The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Job Highlights

• This is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• Full-time onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM with potential overtime
• Fast-paced automated pharmacy refill and fulfillment center environment

Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescription orders using on-screen system prompts
• Ensure accuracy of all orders prior to shipment
• Fold and attach required paperwork to prescription orders
• Sort completed orders by store or facility location and stage in totes
• Load packaged shipments onto delivery trucks
• Maintain continuous workflow to meet daily production goals
• Follow all SOPs, company policies, and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume production environment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate order or system issues to management
• Perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail

Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Requirements

• Pharmacy Assistant certification required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 lbs
• Must be able to work assigned schedule with potential overtime
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow on-screen instructions
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Must be willing to obtain Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License post-hire ($25 employee expense; can be completed onsite)

Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse, fulfillment, pharmacy, or production experience preferred
• Strong reliability and attendance history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills
