Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 36 or 48 hours per week options available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and related units, which may include Telemetry, PCU, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, Trauma, Observation, and Stepdown settings
• Administer and manage IV drips as required across all assigned floorsComplete accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health record system
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs, including potential assignment to a sister campus approximately 16 minutes from the main campus
• Work as part of a collaborative care team that includes CNAs, care techs, transport team, and paramedics/swoop personnel
• Fulfill weekend and holiday shift requirements, including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period and 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's)

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (pending license accepted; if not in hand at time of submission, start date will be scheduled six weeks out)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a large, urban hospital setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with IV drip administration
• EPIC electronic health record charting experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification strongly preferred
• Experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center (may be considered in lieu of standard first-timer restriction)
• Background in specialty areas such as Neuro, Oncology, Trauma, Cardiac, or Transplant nursing
