**This position may be performed on a hybrid basis, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the office.**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a top-performing real estate brokerage specializing in marketing, management, and sales. The Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in managing and executing all closing activities for a high-volume portfolio of investor-owned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and other real estate professionals
- Manage offers and oversee transactions through multiple web-based platforms from contract to close
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and required documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction issues to ensure timely closings
- Track and report key performance metrics and transaction status updates
- Maintain accurate and organized records throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate transactions or loan closings preferred
- Real estate license and MLS experience are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Professional and presentable with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment
