Physical Therapist (PT) - Aspire Senior Living Webb City Full-Time Day Competitive Therapy Wages! Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, Physical Therapist (PT) will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality physical therapy services. About the Role:
- As a Physical Therapist (PT) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans to promote resident recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based physical therapy services, including assessments, interventions, and education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to address residents' specific needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, including exercises, walking programs, and other interventions.
- Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans.
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience as a Physical Therapist in a similar setting preferred
