Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) - Carthage, MO, USA
At Aspire Senior Living Carthage, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role:
As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) , you will work part-time, as needed, to assess, plan, and implement interventions for our residents. Physical Therapist (PT) will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and adjust treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises
Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including occupational and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records, treatment plans, and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
Certification in CPR/AED
