We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Jr to support customer relations initiatives within a collaborative, data-driven environment. This Business Analyst Jr role blends analytics and customer engagement, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic team.
Business Analyst Jr Responsibilities
- Analyze data to support business objectives and improve customer outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional relationships
- Communicate directly with customers confidently and clearly
- Support customer relations projects through insights and reporting
Business Analyst Jr Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in analytics and customer service
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Minimum High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role is a plus
