Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Kansas City, KS

Pfizer seeks a Vaccines Health and Science Professional to promote its vaccine portfolio across assigned territories in Kansas City and Saint Joseph. The role combines field-based and virtual customer engagement, product launches, formulary management, and sales activities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue targets within assigned territory using strategic call plans
• Engage customers through in-person and virtual channels to build relationships and secure formulary access
• Identify and implement business development opportunities using internal analytics and market knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams including field medical and account management on customer inquiries
• Complete administrative requirements including customer documentation, expense reporting, and compliance submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years professional sales/healthcare, 6+ with associate's degree, 8+ with high school diploma)
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Reside within 25 miles of territory border
• Sales, account management, marketing, healthcare, or entrepreneurial background
• Strong product knowledge, market awareness, and digital/virtual communication skills
• Pharmaceutical or vaccine industry experience preferred

Compensation: $76,000 - $199,600 base annual salary plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
