Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Midland, TX

Pfizer seeks a Vaccines Health and Science Professional to promote its vaccines portfolio across assigned territories in Texas through field and virtual customer engagement. The role involves product launches, relationship management, formulary access, and sales efforts targeting healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue targets in assigned Midland, Odessa, and San Angelo territories
- Develop and execute business and territory call plans using live and virtual engagement strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Medical and Account Management on customer inquiries
- Leverage internal analytics and market intelligence to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2–8 years depending on background)
- Valid US driver's license compliant with company standards
- Professional sales, marketing, account management, or relevant healthcare experience
- Strong sales and territory management capabilities
- Excellent communication and virtual engagement skills
- Preferred: pharmaceutical or medical sales background and vaccines therapeutic area experience
Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
