Pfizer seeks a Vaccines Specialist to promote its vaccine portfolio across assigned territory in Philadelphia South, PA. The role combines field-based customer engagement with virtual outreach, requiring account management, product launches, and sales execution across diverse healthcare channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales across assigned territory and maximize approved business objectives
- Develop and execute business territory call plans with strategic live and virtual engagement approaches
- Build and maintain customer relationships with healthcare providers, account managers, and key opinion leaders
- Leverage product knowledge and market analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Medical and Account Management on customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years professional sales, healthcare, or related field)
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
- Reside within 25 miles of assigned territory border
- Demonstrated sales, account management, or customer engagement experience
- Strong communication and digital/virtual platform proficiency
- Pharmaceutical or vaccines industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation: $76,000-$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
