Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Waterbury, CT

Pfizer seeks a Vaccines Health and Science Professional to promote its vaccine portfolio across assigned territories through field and virtual customer engagement. The role combines sales, business development, and account management responsibilities with product launch support and formulary access navigation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned territory and maximize approved business objectives
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually; develop and implement territory call plans
• Build and maintain customer relationships using digital tools and strategic engagement approaches
• Leverage product and disease state knowledge to promote vaccines and secure formulary access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Medical and Account Management on customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years with bachelor's, 6+ with associate's, 8+ with high school diploma)
• Professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or healthcare/scientific background
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Residency within 25 miles of assigned territory border
• Strong sales skills, territory management, and customer engagement capabilities
• Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
• Preferred: vaccines therapeutic area experience

Compensation: $76,000-$199,600 base annual salary plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
