Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Worcester, MA

Pfizer seeks a Cardiovascular Specialist to drive sales and customer engagement in an assigned territory, promoting cardiovascular therapies through in-person and virtual interactions. The role combines product promotion, territory management, and strategic business development to advance Pfizer's cardiovascular care mission.
Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales and develop relationships with assigned customers and accounts
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually using approved digital tools
- Develop and implement territory call plans and business strategies to maximize customer impact
- Educate healthcare providers on cardiovascular product value propositions using disease state knowledge
- Leverage internal analytics to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years
- Professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare, or entrepreneurial background
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within 7 years
- Reside within 25 miles of assigned territory border
- Strong sales acumen, territory management, and communication skills
- Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred
- Disease state and cardiovascular market knowledge preferred
Compensation: $76,000 - $199,600 base salary plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
