Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Pensacola, FL

Pfizer is hiring a Neuroscience Health and Science Professional for its Migraine Team in the Pensacola and South Alabama territory. The role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting breakthrough neuroscience therapies through both in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth within assigned Pensacola and South Alabama territory
• Engage customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions using appropriate strategies
• Develop and execute territory call plans and business development strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and customers in live and virtual settings
• Educate providers on product value propositions using approved clinical and disease state information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
• Minimum 2 years professional sales, marketing, customer service, or healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
• Reside within 25 miles of territory border; remote field-based work
• Strong product and disease state knowledge with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with digital and virtual engagement tools
• Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience

Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base salary with quarterly sales incentive bonus
