Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Property Manager will support the management of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction. This role involves working closely as part of a small team to maintain high standards in property upkeep, tenant relations, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing residential property operations and maintenance
Coordinate tenant communications and address inquiries promptly
Support lease administration and ensure compliance with policies
Help oversee vendor relationships and service contracts
Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
Collaborate with team members to resolve property issues efficiently
Contribute to maintaining property financial records and reports

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property management
