What You’ll Do Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up. Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking prospective customers. Identify customer needs and recommend insurance and financial-services solutions. Quote, present, follow up, and close new business. Meet activity, sales, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate lead and customer records What We’re Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English. Previous sales experience required. Highly money motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale. Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
