We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow our brand through engaging social media content, video creation, and digital marketing campaigns. Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and video editing who wants to build a career in digital marketing. Working alongside our marketing team, you'll create engaging content that showcases Shopr Rewards across social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and our website. You'll help bring ideas to life through video, graphics, and creative storytelling while learning and growing in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on creating short‑form video content, social media assets, and digital marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create and edit short‑form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Design engaging social media graphics and promotional content Assist with creating paid social advertising creatives Produce app demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and educational videos Create simple motion graphics, animated text, and engaging visual content Edit footage using stock video, screen recordings, and existing marketing assets Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all marketing channels Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas Marketing Support Assist with email marketing graphics and campaign assets Support new product launches with creative materials Update website graphics and promotional content Help prepare marketing materials for events and partner presentations Organize creative assets and maintain the content library What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or a related field (internships and freelance work considered) Experience using Canva and basic video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Strong eye for design and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects Nice to Have Experience managing social media accounts Basic photography or videography skills Experience creating content for consumer brands or mobile apps Familiarity with social media advertising Interest in loyalty, retail, travel, fintech, or consumer technology Why Join Shopr Rewards?
