Full Cycle Recruiter (High-Volume Hiring)

Unitus Security is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter with high-volume hiring experience to support staffing across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding) Support high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations Conduct hiring events and open interviews Partner with Operations to meet staffing requirements Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, and E-Verify Maintain accurate records in HR systems Requirements Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience High-volume hiring experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Experience in security, staffing, or hospitality preferred 24/7 operational business with dynamic staffing needs In-person recruiting and hiring event support required Occasional travel between sites may be required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based incentives Paid Time Off Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
