Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field Required Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting processes from intake through onboarding Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Workday recruiting experience Experience recruiting for high-volume requisition loads SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification Experience partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition strategies Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting trends Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for an assigned business population. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and candidates to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building abilities, and the capability to manage a high-volume requisition workload. This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies and recruitment execution. Job Duties Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent Manage approximately 100-150 open requisitions Candidate Sourcing & Screening Build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing efforts Utilize job boards, internal databases, referrals, networking, and sourcing tools Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews and assessments Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers Interview Coordination & Offer Management Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Facilitate hiring manager feedback and candidate communications Support offer preparation, approvals, and offer extension processes Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities ATS & Recruiting Operations Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and documentation requirements Provide regular status updates to hiring teams and leadership Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate closely with HR leaders and hiring managers Serve as a recruiting consultant and advisor throughout the hiring process Build strong business relationships across departments Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives Talent Acquisition Strategy Identify new sourcing channels and talent pools Support diversity recruiting initiatives Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies Stay current on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and sourcing best practices Employment Branding Serve as a brand ambassador to internal and external talent Promote the organization as an employer of choice Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
