This position is open to both licensed Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (with OT supervision provided), offering a dynamic and collaborative setting. Bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals are strongly encouraged to apply, but a genuine passion for school-based therapy and supporting young learners is key. What we’re seeking:

• Current OT or COTA licensure and any necessary state credentials
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability working with children in K-8, especially K-5
• Bilingual in Spanish highly valued
• Team-oriented mindset, open to collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
• Commitment to on-site services 2-3 days each week
• Organized, proactive, and ready to start soon

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-8 students
• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs and learning goals
• Document progress, engage families, and help create an inclusive and supportive environment
