Client Relationship Specialist - Eurofins Built Environment Testing East – Atlanta, GA Full-time Compensation: up to USD 19 - hourly Location: Atlanta, GA (commutable distance encouraged) Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across multiple industries. Position Summary Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating day‑to‑day communication between our clients and laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience and performing tasks across various login departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions‑oriented manner. Advise walk‑in clients about service information and project preparation. Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ departments that require login or client communication. Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples. Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems. Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes. Assist with administrative tasks as necessary. Participate in teamwork across departments as needed. Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ) High School Diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience of 1–2 years. Additional preference: Experience working in a laboratory setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Client‑focus and professionalism. Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM). Prioritization and on‑time execution of tasks. Process improvement mindset. Problem‑solving and solution orientation. Ability to sell solutions through active listening. Proactiveness and self‑motivation. Team player who performs well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Growth mindset.
